Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. This role will focus on owning and evolving a high-performance modern website built with Javascript/Typescript/Astro, ensuring strong performance, reliability, and maintainability, deployed on Vercel.

It’s a great opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of a production-grade web platform while collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams when integrations or data flows are involved.

This position is to work remotely from anywhere of LATAM.

Requirements

• Experience building modern web applications and production websites with Javascript, Typescript, Astro.
• Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience owning the deployment lifecycle on Vercel (deployments, previews, environment management).
• Solid understanding of modern technical SEO fundamentals (not keyword strategy), including: SSR and SSG, metadata management, Core Web Vitals, sitemap generation and robots configuration, page speed optimization and performance monitoring.
• Accessibility basics (semantic HTML, performance-friendly components).
• Comfort integrating with third-party systems and APIs.
• Secure handling of API keys, webhooks, and environment variables.
• Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows.
• CI/CD concepts.
• Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Familiarity with headless CMS patterns and content pipelines.
• Experience with edge functions or serverless APIs.
• Prior work on marketing or product-led websites with real traffic and conversions.

Main Activities

• Design and build a high-performance website using Next.js.
• Own the frontend architecture and deployment lifecycle on Vercel.
• Implement best practices for performance, accessibility, and discoverability.
• Integrate external systems such as billing, CRM, and content platforms.
• Work independently, making technical decisions with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations when integrations or data flows are involved.
• Continuously improve build, deploy, and development workflows.
• Ensure secure handling of credentials, webhooks, and environment variables.
• Monitor performance and reliability, improving Core Web Vitals and overall site health.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
