We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Deep Sync GTM team.
This role will focus on growing and retaining existing accounts by ensuring high customer satisfaction, effective business management practices, and adherence to company policies. The Account Manager will achieve revenue targets, conduct regular business reviews, build strong client relationships, and drive client success through Deep Sync's products and services.

We are registered and set up to hire remotely in the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, MO, NY, OR, SC, TN, TX, WA.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain profit margins.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain accurate account plans in HubSpot.
- Ensure client satisfaction through strategic discussions, clear communication, and timely issue resolution.
- Identify and close opportunities (renewal, expansion, upsell, cross-sell) and maintain an accurate forecast in HubSpot.
- Create proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and resolve client issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies, SLAs, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience in strategy, customer and employee experience.
- 5+ years experience in account development & management, and account revenue ownership.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, data driven decision making, project/workflow management skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of client goals, objectives, and mapping products/services to meet team and individual goals.
- Experience with building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting strategic discussions, and providing timely communication.
- Proficiency in using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Salary Description$80K-$90K base + Variable (OTE up to $112,500)
