Working Student (m/f/d) in Product Management

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working students to join our Product Management team. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in the dynamic field of creating Healthcare Software Products (E-Health, Software as a Medical Device, etc.). This role is designed to provide you with valuable exposure to the Product Management Job and managing the product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and continues iterations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Market Research: You will support in research to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and feedback to provide insights that will inform product decisions.

  • Feature Development/ Requirements Gathering: You will collaborate in cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in project management activities such as tracking tasks and communicating updates to the team. Identify and address potential roadblocks.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to product features, specifications, and processes. Keep records updated and easily accessible to the team.

  • Analysis/Metrics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Prepare reports and visualizations to aid in decision-making.

  • Communication: Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders. Contribute to regular status updates, meetings, and presentations.

Your qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, HealthCare Management, or a related discipline.

  • Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to address challenges and come up with innovative solutions.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions and recommendations.

  • Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication in English to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. German language skill would be a plus.

  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.

  • Strong interest in software products, technology trends, and a willingness to learn about software product management - Passion for Technology
