What Will You Do?
You will provide operational administration and support across Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, ensuring stable, secure, and well-governed environments for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Provision and configure SharePoint Online sites in accordance with governance standards
- Manage user access, permissions, and identity controls across the Microsoft 365 environment
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for collaboration platforms
- Monitor platform health, usage, and operational performance
- Support governance, compliance, and operational policies
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and user guidance
- Work with engineering and delivery teams to resolve incidents and service requests
Who Do You Need to Be?
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams administration
- Understanding of permissions management and governance within Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting collaboration platforms in enterprise or managed services environments
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Ability to operate in SLA-driven support environments
Desirable
- Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-102 or similar)
- Exposure to Power Automate or basic workflow automation
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance and security capabilities
