The Home-Based Senior Full Stack Developer will be an integral part of developing our systems by designing and developing Web APIs and business integration software. A strong background in software development will provide a basis for success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Independently develops solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, creates functional and balanced solutions for business problems by utilizing clean code and appropriate design patterns.
Strong communication skills to ask questions, seek requirements, and convey knowledge on technical and complex topics.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analyses, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and integrating existing solutions.
Clears understanding of system architecture and software design principles/patterns with an emphasis on maximizing usability.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential and prioritizing the application's security.
Troubleshoots by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Helps the business to implement technology improvements and solutions cost-effectively.
Accomplishes engineering and organizational mission by completing related goals as needed.
Demonstrates strong integrity, dependability, attention to detail, and an interest in learning.
Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or any related field.
Experience: At least five years of software development experience, software design principles, and agile methodology.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Strong coding skills in C# and Javascript/Typescript. Must be proficient in ASP.Net Core, Angular, React, and Restful Web API. Must also be proficient in cloud-based databases and serverless computing like lambda or Azure functions.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge: Preferably experienced in the software development and/or BPO industry.

Salary Range: PHP 90,000.00 – PHP 100,000.00
