We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear specifications for the development team.
Map and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.
Support the design and implementation of new systems and tools.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement validation sessions.
Collaborate with QA to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with requirement gathering techniques and process modeling.
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Nice to Have:
Experience in [industry-specific domain, e.g., fintech, e-commerce].
Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools).
Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
