Daybreak Health is dedicated to revolutionizing youth mental health care by providing personalized teletherapy services aimed at helping students navigate social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Founded in 2020, Daybreak Health emerged from the personal experiences of its co-founder, Alex Alvarado, whose family faced difficulties accessing adequate mental health support for his younger brother. Recognizing that mental health is foundational to educational success, Daybreak partners with school districts to ensure that every student has access to high-quality mental health support tailored to their unique needs.

Through evidence-based teletherapy programs, Daybreak Health strives to positively impact academic outcomes, including behavioral improvements, better grades, and higher attendance. The organization collaborates closely with educators and families, creating a supportive ecosystem that prioritizes mental health and empowers students to thrive. With an emphasis on flexibility and personalized treatment plans, Daybreak is addressing the critical gaps in mental health services for K-12 students, ensuring that all children are equipped to reach their full potential in an increasingly challenging world.
