We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at DataSnipper. In this role, you'll be a key player in driving hiring across our Product and Engineering functions, working alongside fellow TA specialists to deliver a high-quality, candidate-centric recruitment experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruitment (software engineering, product management, and related functions).
- A solid understanding of engineering disciplines - you can assess technical backgrounds credibly and have effective conversations with engineers and engineering leaders.
- A strong and active network of technical talent you can tap into from day one.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills - you're confident and credible when working with hiring managers and engineering leaders at various levels.
- Experience managing offer negotiations and closing technical candidates.
- Organised and structured in your approach - you're able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously while keeping quality and candidate experience high.
- Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow (e.g. for sourcing, outreach, screening, or process automation) and always looking for smarter ways to work.
- Adaptable and resilient - you adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage your workload effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment - you track the right metrics and use insights to continuously improve.
- A proactive, can-do attitude - you take initiative and get things done without waiting for perfect conditions.
