Manager I, Engineering - Findings Platform

Datadog is seeking a Manager I, Engineering - Findings Platform to develop and maintain a platform for ingesting, managing, and resurfacing security findings. The manager will lead a team of 5+ engineers and work closely with other engineering managers and product teams to build a reliable and scalable platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience
• great communication skills, emotional intelligence and skills at collaborating with and coaching folks from different cultures
• direct people management experience or a strong desire to develop as an engineering leader
