Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise software sales
- Consistent track record of overachievement against a quota of €1M+, managing multiple large deals in parallel
- Mastery of a value-based sales methodology to manage complex sales cycles
- Strong business acumen and fluency in the language of value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership
- Resilience and resourcefulness to manage timelines confidently and find a way through obstacles
- Complete professional fluency in German and English
