Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong technical proficiency — comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging complex integration issues
- Deep knowledge of email deliverability, including domain health management, bounce rate optimization, and sender reputation
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools
- A systems-thinking mindset — you build for scalability, not just for today's problem
