We are looking for Business Development Representatives to join our rapidly growing Sales team. This is a high-output, outbound-heavy BDR role focused on generating a pipeline of companies that have large digital ad spend and shipping budgets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in an outbound-focused, quota-carrying BDR or SDR role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets
- High-volume cold calling experience (60–100+ calls/day)
- Strong writing skills—crisp, clear, and non-spammy
- Research-driven and capable of customizing messaging at scale
- Coachable, feedback-hungry, and resilient
- Competitive, persistent, and reliable—no ego, no excuses
- Confident speaking to senior buyers
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
