Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. Degree in business, education, marketing, or hotel/restaurant management required
• Must have 3 or more years of increasingly responsible restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy
