What We Expect From You
We are looking for a smart and agile GTM Reporting & Forecasting, Analyst (Revenue Ops) looking to build a career in Revenue Operations. This is a role that will support GTM Reporting and Forecasting data processes to drive insightful decision making across the GTM org. Initial priorities will be across bookings insight (including pipeline analysis) and sales compensation.
Key responsibilities:
- Support commissions processes to ensure sales team incentivization paid in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Analyze GTM data (including trends) and performance trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Run and improve GTM (including sales) data processes to drive timely insight into performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data workflows and process automation.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor GTM (including Sales) productivity and success factors.
- Use advanced analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI) to support data analysis and reporting.
- Partner with GTM leaders to deliver reporting and insights for decision making.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Excellent communication, writing, listening, and reading skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency: Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Sales Operations experience or related experience.
- Power BI and data manipulation tools preferable.
- Capacity for learning and problem solving critical.
- Analytical skills with an ability to interpret and present data clearly.
