The Temp Project Coordinator assists the project manager and project teams with the coordination of resources and information and the scheduling and planning of project meetings and activities. The Project Coordinator helps organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.

The impact you'll have:

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Organize, attend, and participate in project meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

  • Ensure project deadlines are met.

  • Provide administrative support as needed.

  • Undertake project tasks as required.

  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

  

Who we're looking for:

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision.

  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Education and Experience:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and little to no previous professional experience. 

Travel: 0-6 times per year

Pay Range: This role’s range is $25 - $28 per hour.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

Benefits: Temporary and per-diem employees who average at least 30 hours of work per week within the Company’s look-back period are eligible to enroll in medical coverage after 90 days of employment. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
