Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making
- Demonstrable track record of onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure
