Customer support Representative - Russian Speaker

We are inviting native Russian speakers to join our team as Customer Support Representatives in a fully remote position in Portugal, providing high-quality customer support through chats and email in Russian, working as a brand ambassador, and collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian at the native level (written and spoken)
• Confident English proficiency for internal reporting
• A reliable home office with high-speed internet in Portugal
• High degree of self-organization and ability to work autonomously
• Official work permit and current residence in Portugal
