As a Software Developer on our MissionControl team, you’ll design and build scalable software that empowers some of the world’s leading consumer goods companies. You’ll work hands-on with modern .NET technologies, test automation, and trunk-based development, while having real ownership of features from design through delivery.

Build & Integrate
- Architect and contribute to new solutions

In this role, you will:
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Use AI to explore solutions, validate approaches, and reduce repetitive or low-value engineering tasks.
- Apply strong engineering judgment when working with AI generated output, ensuring correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve internal tooling, automation, developer experience, or product capabilities.
- Stay curious and up to date as AI tooling and practices evolve, sharing learnings and patterns with the broader team.
- Success in this role means using AI responsibly and effectively as a productivity amplifier, while maintaining high standards for code quality, system design, and customer trust.
Must Have Experience:
- 6+ years software development experience, including design/development
- 3+ years WPF desktop software development
- Deep expertise in .NET/.NET Core platform and C# concepts, in particular MVVM, polymorphism, generics, functions/delegates, reflection, and LINQ
- Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and test automation to ensure high test coverage and reliability
- Skilled in consuming and producing data feeds from varied sources (local files, FTP, databases, web APIs)
- Proven experience creating high-quality libraries and tools (not just using the existing ones).
- Collaborative experience on agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Strong diagnostic, investigative, and problem solving skills
Nice-to-Have/Bonus Points For:
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, SQLite, and Entity Framework
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder (JDA) Category Management suite
- Knowledge of containerization, API documentation, and authorization/authentication layers
- General experience using Google Cloud Platform
- Comfort working directly with internal stakeholders while possessing a customer-centric approach
