Job Summary

The Vendor Partner Analyst at Tractor Supply Company is responsible for enhancing vendor performance metrics such as On Time Shipment and Fill Rate, which are crucial for improving both top-line and bottom-line results. This role involves developing and communicating supply chain requirements, analyzing vendor performance, identifying trends, and participating in discussions between the Oldcastle Lawn & Garden and customer to share best practices. The analyst will also assist in spearheading continuous improvement initiatives and serve as the subject matter expert on inventory and compliance programs related to vendor operations.

Job Location

• This is a remote position and must live in Northwest Arkansas or Atlanta.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and publish vendor performance reporting and insights using data analytics and visualization tools.
• Manage Inventory and Open to Buy budget both on and off peak season.
• Initiate and lead cross-functional conversations with vendor partners and internal teams to coach on TSC processes and best practices.
• Maintain the vendor compliance system and review weekly chargebacks.
• Develop and communicate vendor training and requirement documentation, ensuring the Vendor Requirements Manual is accurate.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve vendor-related opportunities and improve processes.
• Lead vendor operations projects and initiatives.
• Onboard new suppliers by communicating supply chain requirements and monitoring initial performance. (OMIT)

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in a retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, inventory, supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products.
