We are looking for a remote Amazon Account Operation Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for optimizing the account's performance, driving sales, and enhancing customer experience on the Amazon platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing Product Listings, and optimizing product listings on Amazon by ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, keywords, and relevant attributes.
- Conducting keyword research, analyzing market trends, and staying updated with Amazon's algorithm changes to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of products. Implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Analyzing sales performance, and monitoring key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer reviews. Identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to enhance sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Developing pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Analyzing competitor pricing, monitoring market trends, and adjusting prices to remain competitive while maximizing profit margins.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of various initiatives and strategies.
- Generating reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Staying updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Monitoring and addressing potential violations, managing product reviews and ratings, and implementing strategies to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Working closely with cross-functional marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall business growth.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written & spoken English
- Be able to work remotely, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Extended knowledge of Amazon Seller Central methodologies and analytics
- Preferable experience within in-home textile, home improvement, and home furniture industry.
- Experience in flat files, case log creation and follow-up, listing creation, A+, store management, and reports retrieval
- Experience managing the overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online Amazon marketing
