Our solutions power how the largest organizations in healthcare, financial services, and government communicate with millions of people—ensuring those communications are understandable, compliant, and inclusive.

We are growing at high double digits year over year. We are winning major contracts with top healthcare payers, providers and government entities. Our solutions make senior executives heroes within their organizations by complying with mandates, impacting quality measures, and increasing revenue due to improved ratings and better customer experience.

Our market is accelerating due to regulatory mandates and the need communicate with members, customers and constituents in the language and format that is best for each person.
And we are increasingly seen as the partner of choice in this space.

Now we are looking for a true enterprise seller to help take this to the next level.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow up on referrals and new leads in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate sales activities with Marketing and Business Development to maximize lead generation activities.
  • Follow-up on leads and advise team on best next steps.
  • Contact new and existing customer base to sell additional software and services.
  • Learn emerging growth areas such as automated language translation, workflow-driven accessibility remediation.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, demos, and sales contracts.
  • Inform and contribute to company growth strategy and market proposition.
  • Provide on-time and accurate/realistic sales forecasts.

SKILLS

  • Proven ability to negotiate and close opportunities.
  • Demonstrated sales ability with track record of enterprise level sales success across multiple industries (desired experience in digital accessibility, digital services).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and productive working relationships with customers/clients, including the ability to establish client trust.
  • Working knowledge of common software applications and uses, including MS Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Applications, as well as Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to plan own activities to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION & BENEFITS

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position within enterprise technology consulting sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in related field are preferred.
