About the Role
This is a remote role aligned with a supportive and collaborative work culture, focused on helping growing businesses streamline their marketing and client management processes. You will play an essential role managing WordPress websites, working heavily with the GoHighLevel platform, creating engaging social media content, editing video reels, and supporting client communications. A strong background in digital marketing tools, creativity in design, and patience with client needs are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
WordPress & Landing Page Management:
Assist in updating, creating, and maintaining WordPress websites and landing pages.
Maintain site functionality and refresh content as needed.
GoHighLevel Platform Tasks:
Set up and migrate operations within GoHighLevel, consolidating platforms such as Kajabi.
Manage website refreshes and ongoing platform maintenance.
Design & Branding Support:
Produce business card designs, branded images, and digital/print collateral using Canva Premium.
Edit videos for social media reels with CapCut Premium, focusing on branded intros/outros and subtitles.
Video Editing & Social Media:
Create 1-2 short-form video reels weekly for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn distribution.
Schedule and monitor social media posts, analyze engagement and conversion metrics.
Newsletter & Client Communication:
Assist in drafting and sending newsletters or updates tailored to brand guidelines.
Provide responsive and thoughtful client support.
Data Entry & Lead Management:
Transfer and maintain client data within CRM systems and monitoring sheets.
Assist with lead generation and data entry workflows.
Preferred Skills & Qualities
Proven experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, Canva, and CapCut.
Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Patient and adaptable, able to support changing client needs and feedback.
Ability to manage multiple tasks proactively with attention to detail.
