We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to support clients in producing accurate project estimates. The role involves reviewing architectural plans, quantifying materials, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining organized documentation. It's a remote, part-time position for approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry (At least 2-3 years of experience).
• Strong understanding of material takeoffs, cost estimation, and project documentation.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
