Opportunity at a Glance

This position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals, with a primary focus on optimizing the technology tools, systems, and processes that support scalable partner operations.

This role is critical to the success and scalability of Covista’s partnerships with Healthcare Employers to support the growth of our institutions.

This back-end role project manages implementations and ongoing management of Elevate partnerships across cloud-based tools, including key deliverables and timelines across multiple workstreams for both implementation and ongoing support. It supports implementations and partnership management while helping drive technology development across CDX pods—working closely with the CDX delivery manager to identify risks and manage expectations for technical enhancements needed for scale. Leveraging hands-on experience with systems such as Salesforce, Banner, and Power BI, this role helps shape and implement the technology roadmap for partner programs, while working across all Covista Solutions program/project implementations and contributing to execution as needed.

In addition, this role supports process refinement and documentation, works closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and leadership to manage timelines, risks, resource needs (helping shift allocations based on project progress), and helps identify opportunities to improve how work gets done across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes project needs and identifies resources required.

  • Help drive technology development across CDX pods to support scale and improve operations.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage priorities as needs shift.

  • Investigate issues to identify root causes and design solutions in support of colleagues and the end-to-end parter-student lifecycle

  • Supports the team’s manual reporting as needed, while also developing solid QA processes to keep reports accurate and consistent.

  • Develops detailed project plans, which include key activities, timelines and resource requirements needed to achieve project objectives while adhering to an appropriate systematic development process.

  • Tracks and documents completion of work plan activities and initiates efforts to advance the project as needed.

  • Manages multiple projects according to plan while monitoring, measuring and reporting on progress to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget.

  • Modifies tasks, sequencing, and resourcing as appropriate to maintain progress.

  • Identifies and addresses obstacles ensuring appropriate resolution.

  • Works closely with groups involved to ensure smooth implementation.

  • Support implementations and ongoing partnership management across cloud-based tools.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to keep projects, deliverables, and timelines moving forward.

  • Use knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, Banner, and Power BI to support partner programs and technology initiatives.

  • Help shape and implement the technology roadmap for partner programs.

  • Support process refinement and document workflows, standards, and best practices.

  • Identify risks, surface issues, and help coordinate next steps to keep work on track.

  • Collaborate with leadership to adjust resources based on project progress and changing needs.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in how teams and partners work together.

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, and process improvement & implementation required
  • Experience with systems like Salesforce, Banner, Power BI, or other CRM/reporting platforms preferred
  • Start-up experience or experience developing systems and processes from scratch preferred
  • Eager to join in a start-up, fast past environment
  • Ability to learn new skills and business processes to support the team’s success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and determine effective business and alternative solutions.
  • Familiarity with internal systems and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Banner, PowerBI, Nav360 and ProSam
  • Natural curiosity about end-to-end operations and ability to connect the dots across complex challenges
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to advance projects while managing multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and work in a fast paced environment with many initiatives.
  • Ability to manage a variety of business and vendor resources.
  • Understanding of quality assurance, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and internal systems and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Banner, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to document processes, improve workflows, and drive standardization
  • Ability to work across teams to support testing, system changes, and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ability to support QA efforts across multiple systems and help maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while supporting day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of cross-functional project support and technology implementation processes.
  • Experience managing competing timelines, priorities, and shifting operational needs.
  • Skill in identifying risks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process improvements.
  • Skill in working with both technical and non-technical teams to keep work moving forward.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to contribute to operational efficiency and help improve how work gets done

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $61720.78 and $111584.97. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
