About the Role
CourseCareers trains hundreds of students online every month, and we’re excited to expand our support for those pursuing careers in Software Development. We’re looking for experienced software development professionals based in the United States to join us as paid Career Coaches, providing mentorship and guidance to students as they prepare for new roles in the field.
Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to help students learn software development and land their first entry-level job.
Introduce new people to a career in software development.
Teach people about what a career in software development entails.

What We’re Looking For
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
✔ 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development or a related field, such as web development, backend engineering, or DevOps.
✔ Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
✔ Current residence in the United States.
Compensation
Your earnings as a Career Coach will depend on the time, effort, and quality you bring to your sessions. Here’s what you can expect:
💰 $1,000–$2,000 per month with just 2–3 hours of coaching weekly.
💰 Top coaches can earn $5,000–$15,000+ monthly as they build their coaching practice.
