The Data Process Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing data processing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and security. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and technical expertise in data management and processing technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align data processing strategies with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Data Processing Oversight: Develop, test, implement, and maintain data processing strategies and procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security. Oversee daily operations and address any issues or bottlenecks.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data processing efficiency and effectiveness. Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and streamline workflows.
- Project Management: Lead and manage data processing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Data Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for data quality, data integrity, and data security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Sales, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure seamless integration of data processing systems and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Technology Management: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data processing capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data processing, data management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data processing technologies, databases, and data management systems.
- Proficiency in data processing tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, ETL tools, big data technologies).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data-related issues.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional projects.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and managing large-scale data operations.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$120,000+ bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
