CorePlan is a Perth, Western Australia based tech startup that replaces paper and spreadsheets with a seamless digital SaaS drilling management platform. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post-implementation success of our customers and make sure they adopt our platform, see ongoing value, and become long-term advocates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, ideally in SaaS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar (preferred)
- Experience working with complex software products
- Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple customers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A problem-solving mindset and curiosity about how customers work
- Confidence using CRM and project management tools
