Senior AI / Design Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to three key areas of the company:

1. Owning the development of the marketing website, making it an innovative brand ambassador
2. Working on the frontend of our application as we work towards redesigning it.
3. Special projects with the CPO, including AI.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Website

• Rebuild the company’s marketing website using Next.js, integrating a new brand design.
• Develop a highly experiential website incorporating animation, canvas, WebGL, and other interactive technologies.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement new features and optimize performance.

App Frontend Enhancements

• Work directly with our design team and CPO to implement select enhancements to our app.
• Focus on quality-of-life improvements and performance enhancements for end users.
• Function independently alongside the engineering team, contributing to the overall user experience and satisfaction.
• Implement new features and improve existing ones, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.

AI Projects

• Participate in a new initiative exploring the potential of AI applications in cybersecurity, vulnerability research, pentesting, and more.
• Integrate AI models into our products using the Vercel AI SDK and OpenAI.
• Collaborate with the AI team to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, Vercel, Vercel AI SDK, OpenAI, and other AI models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Design Engineer, preferably at a senior level, or alternatively as a Full-Stack (Frontend and Middleware) Engineer.
• Background in security research or testing preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and work collaboratively with marketing and engineering teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
