Executing sales activities, well-managed store merchandising and customers' relationship for becoming supplier of choice, directing efforts to achieve sales targets of the territory.
Requirements
- Manage assigned territory sales, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales calls, driving in-store share growth and achieving sales targets.
- Execute field sales activities under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), demonstrating positive influence on both customers and internal teams.
- Maintain strong sales momentum and ensure effective implementation of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP) to achieve territory sales goals (AOP above 85%).
- Collect and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support KAMs with channel insights for strategic and defensive program design.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of channel marketing activities.
- Attend marketing and product training to continuously strengthen product and category knowledge, becoming a professional sales consultant.
- Support marketing team initiatives and provide constructive and strategic recommendations to achieve overall company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., RAQA, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure customer service quality and satisfaction.
- Provide insightful market analysis and recommendations to enhance internal collaboration and decision-making.
