The Remote Appointment Setter plays a key role in driving growth for Convertros’ U.S. clients by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.

Compensation
Paid training: $16 USD/hour
After training: $8 USD per booking
Performance-based earnings with no cap
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
Fluent English (written and spoken)
No prior sales experience required - training provided (entry-level friendly)
Work Environment & Requirements
100% remote - work from anywhere inside the US or Canada
Collaborative, multicultural, and growth-focused environment
Regular 90-day performance and promotion reviews
Must have access to reliable internet and a quiet work setup
Schedule
Full-time (40 hours/week), between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, with availability on Saturdays
