What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst Intern to join our team for the summer and support a variety of operational initiatives aimed at streamlining internal processes, improving data organization, and enhancing documentation across systems. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic SaaS environment. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful business outcomes, we’d love to hear from you!

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Assist with project scoping by gathering business requirements and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support process learning and system optimization.
• Conduct data cleanup projects to ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization of critical business information.
• Participate in SaaS application and system reviews, helping evaluate tools for efficiency, usability, and business fit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation.
• Provide general operational support, contributing to a range of ongoing and ad hoc initiatives.

• You’re currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
• You’re comfortable organizing and managing data effectively across tools and platforms.
• You bring strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
• You’re proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

• A basic understanding of business operations, systems, and process improvement concepts.
• Experience with data entry, documentation, reporting tools, or SaaS platforms.
