JOB SUMMARY
The HR Generalist supports a broad array of HR activities within the department including new hire orientation, onboarding, delivery of various training programs, supporting compensation projects, assisting with benefits and other HR-related questions, handling basic employee relations issues and acting as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR topics.
JOB DUTIES
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development opportunities
- Deliver training sessions
- Provide support to employees around policy questions or other issues that may arise
- Assist with managing the performance management process
- Develop and run reports
- Work with assigned client groups to offer coaching and HR service delivery
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on various projects to support recruiting efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Expertise with MS Office 365
- Workday HCM experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- If working remote, employee must provide their own reliable internet
- Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.
