Requirements

In this role, you will be a critical player on the marketing team as we scale our demand generation and event strategy in EMEA.

Demand Generation Requirements

• Collaborate with marketing and EMEA sales leadership to develop comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid advertising (in coordination with paid media agency), social (in coordination with social media manager), events (mentioned above), and other relevant channels.
• Implement lead nurturing programs (including webinars) to engage and educate prospects, generate high-quality leads, and work closely with the EMEA sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on lead qualification criteria.

• Leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to build and execute campaigns, track performance metrics, and analyze results.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline development, and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

• Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, content, and other teams to ensure alignment of messaging, goals, and resources.
  
  

Events Requirements

• Support the execution of events and event strategy including event selection, contract negotiations, event planning, promotion, onsite setup / support, and KPI evaluations / ROI analysis.
• Be a trusted partner. Collaborate with sales, partnerships, customer success, content, design, marketing operations, and executives to support all aspects of Constructor’s involvement in regional field marketing events and industry trade shows.
• Engage your audience with creativity. Support experiential events, roundtable events, and tradeshow experiences that will not only leave a lasting impression but drive revenue and growth.

Expected Impact: Increase brand awareness, generate new pipeline, and influence current pipeline.

You would be a good fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience (experience in tech is a plus)
• Take an analytical, results-driven approach to demand generation and event strategy and execution
• Have exceptional prioritization, project management, and budget management skills
• Have a passion for in-person events and demand generation
• Are comfortable traveling to support in-person events
• Are experienced in working across multiple EMEA geos and cultures combined with close alignment with US HQ
• Have the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Are a clear and organized written and verbal communicator
• Can meet tight deadlines regularly
• Have familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo or Hubspot) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
• Work well in a fast-paced, startup environment
