Overview

Being on medication is tough enough. We want to make getting it the easy part. Getting prescriptions to patients has become increasingly complex. When things get messy along the prescription journey, pharmaceutical manufacturers rely on us to untangle the process and create a clear path—allowing patients to build trusting relationships with their medication brands.

We’re not only committed to taking the pain out of the prescription process, but we’re also devoted to bringing the brightest minds together under one roof. We bring together diverse voices—engineers, pharmacists, customer service veterans, developers, program strategists and more—all with one vision. Each perspective and experience makes ConnectiveRx better than the sum of its parts.

As growth continues, we are expanding our ability to develop new business in major markets across the United States. We are seeking seasoned Business Development professionals with strong networks and proven success in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Patient Services industries, with a focus on Awareness and Adherence Programs. ConnectiveRx is a leading technology-enabled biopharmaceutical services company dedicated to simplifying the complexities of the prescription medication journey for patients, healthcare providers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The company was formed in 2015 through the strategic integration of PSKW, a pioneer in affordability solutions, and PDR (Physicians' Desk Reference), a long-standing leader in digital awareness and adherence services. This foundation was further strengthened by the acquisitions of Careform, a hub services provider, and The Macaluso Group, a medical claims processing provider, creating a comprehensive suite of services that address the entire medication lifecycle. The company's core mission is to remove the barriers that can make it difficult for patients to start and stay on their prescribed therapies, particularly for specialty and branded medications. By leveraging innovative technology and a human-centric approach, ConnectiveRx aims to create a seamless and supportive experience for all stakeholders involved in the prescription process.

The company's services are structured around three main pillars: patient support, affordability programs, and point-of-care awareness and adherence messaging. Through its hub services, ConnectiveRx offers a centralized platform for managing patient access, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, and assistance with complex reimbursement processes. Its affordability solutions are designed to reduce out-of-pocket costs for patients, thereby improving medication access and adherence. Furthermore, ConnectiveRx engages with a vast network of healthcare providers, delivering critical drug information and adherence messaging directly within their workflow through its extensive EHR network partnerships. Annually, the company supports millions of patients and partners with hundreds of pharmaceutical manufacturers, demonstrating its significant impact on the healthcare landscape. Headquartered in Whippany, New Jersey, with a significant presence in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, ConnectiveRx continues to innovate and expand its capabilities to ensure that life-changing therapies are both accessible and affordable.
