Connective

We’re a Canadian nonprofit supporting people who face barriers to housing, employment, education, justice, and community belonging. Our team works with people wherever they are, building practical, person-centered supports around each person’s goals and strengths. We offer housing and homelessness-prevention programs, justice and reintegration services, Community Living supports, outreach, recovery services, employment and education assistance, and community-based programs. Our work is designed to create safe, healthy, and inclusive communities across British Columbia and the Yukon.

Our services now include short- and long-term housing with wraparound support, transitional and supportive residences, residential programs, employment and education pathways, and supports for people transitioning from custody into the community. We also develop community-driven real estate and affordable housing projects and partner with Indigenous organizations, health authorities, community agencies, and government bodies. As our services and regions expand, we remain focused on meeting people where they are, helping them work toward greater independence, and strengthening the communities in which they live.
