Senior – 8+ years' experience
What you’ll do
Operate and improve Kubernetes platform workflows (EKS preferred): upgrades, scaling, reliability
Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment safety (rollback, progressive delivery, policy checks)
Build/maintain infrastructure automation (Terraform/CloudFormation, Helm, GitOps patterns)
Strengthen security + compliance posture (secrets management, KMS integrations, least privilege)
Improve observability and incident response (alerts, dashboards, runbooks, postmortems)
Must-haves
Strong Kubernetes + production operations experience (debugging, resource tuning, networking basics)
AWS experience relevant to platform ops (EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB/ELB, Route53, KMS)
Infrastructure-as-code and automation mindset
Clear written communication and ability to drive work independently
Nice to have
GitOps tooling (Argo CD / Flux), service mesh/ingress, OpenTelemetry
Experience supporting Java microservices and common runtime tuning patterns
