JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) specializing in test automation with Selenium. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience designing, building, and executing automation frameworks, with strong proficiency in Selenium and a solid technical background in C# or Java. This professional will work independently, proactively drive quality initiatives, and mentor junior engineers in a highly collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient Selenium-based test automation frameworks.
• Lead automation initiatives across multiple projects to increase test coverage and release confidence.
• Mentor and coach junior testers and developers on automation best practices.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using modern tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and improve software quality continuously.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience as an SDET, focused on test automation.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation testing.
• Strong technical expertise in C# or Java and working knowledge of Bitbucket
• Experience with API testing.
- Familiarity with Test Data Management (TDM) concepts.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, and automation frameworks integration.
