As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for lead generation, identifying potential customers, and analyzing lead databases to optimize conversion rates. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to improve processes and optimize synergies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable economically relevant background
- At least 3 years of professional experience in lead generation, market analysis, and business development
- CRM system expertise
- Salesforce and Salesloft experience
- Excellent communication skills
- German language skills on C2 level
- English language skills on C1 level
