Requirements
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the BPO sector or through a career/trainings in the insurance industry
- Proven expertise in dealing with demanding customers and complex accounts
- Convincingly present yourself on all hierarchical levels up to C-level
- Good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
- Interest in modern technologies (especially AI) and their application in practical solutions
