Customer Support Rep – Military Spouses (Remote) provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. The role involves working from home and interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. The position is available to Military spouses.
Requirements
- Be a Military Spouse
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of soft sales experience preferred
- Open availability
- A high school diploma or GED
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
