Customer Service / Tech Support Rep (Tech Products, Bilingual: English/Spanish) - Remote, working from home and providing customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and speak fluently both Spanish and English
- Comfortable using and explaining technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
