We're looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join the Global Delivery organization, specializing in Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will deliver scalable, repeatable, and high-quality technical engagements for enterprise customers worldwide, helping them modernize collaboration and voice platforms across hybrid and cloud environments.

Requirements

Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams
Strong knowledge of Teams calling architecture and media flows, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans
Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity-based access and authentication models
Solid understanding of hybrid and cloud-native collaboration architectures
Experience with Skype for Business to Teams migrations, Enterprise voice and telephony environments, Teams Rooms and certified devices
Knowledge of Network readiness and media optimization, Security, compliance, and governance for Teams workloads
Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Cloud and Modern Work solutions
