We are seeking an experience, hands on, Consultant to support the implementation of complex solutions for Enterprise and Strategic clients. In this role, you will partner closely with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, lead complex implementations, and ensure high-quality onboarding and training experience. This role is ideal for highly skilled professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with clients, and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex Enterprise and Strategic client implementations from onboarding through successful adoption.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Design, configure, and demonstrate customized solutions that meet client business needs.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including train -the-trainer sessions.
- Support new asset implementations and ongoing site optimizations.
- Provide advanced technical support and issue triage for complex client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and client success.
- Stay current on product enhancements, new releases, and industry trends.
- Mentor and support less experience team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Lead or support complex projects and initiatives.
- Share knowledge and best practices to improve team effectiveness and client outcomes.
What We are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years implementing complex, technology solutions for enterprise and strategic clients
- Advanced technical expertise with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with broader team.
- Experience with mortgage products and pricing engine implementations is a definite plus.
- Ability to travel to work related training and events approximately 30% of the time.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education and/or certifications highly preferred.
