Feel more comfortable using your own, no problem, we can provide you access to our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Your PC must have a minimum of 6GB of RAM, dual monitors, and a headset with microphone. Device operating system can be Windows or macOS

JOB SKILLS

• Provides first line end-user technical support via phone and email.

• Provides desktop and laptop end-user support.

• Provides support for Microsoft Office and other common desktop software packages (Adobe, Java, etc.).

• Escalation point for external and internal support issues.

• Assist in the development and maintaining key performance indicators and reports that will assist in improving response times and 1st call resolution on IT requests.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of Technical Support experience.

• High School diploma (or equivalent) and willingness to learn through on-the-job experience.

• Intermediate knowledge of desktop operating systems and configurations (Win7, Win10, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of administering server operating systems (Windows)

• Basic level knowledge of Active Directory administration.

• Intermediate level knowledge of productivity software (Office, Outlook, etc.)

EDUCATION

• One year of experience in Information Technology infrastructure support preferred.
