As a key member of the Product Team, this role is responsible for the strategy and execution of the organization's integration platform, treating APIs as a core product that supports Behavioral Health and Absence Management operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership
- Technical Literacy: Demonstrated ability to read and draft basic API specifications
- Deep Technical Acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
- Execution Rigor: Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross-functional teams
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to problem-solving and prioritization
- Ambiguity Tolerance: Experience working in an ambiguous and Agile development environment; ability to build processes where none exists
- Influence: Ability to drive initiatives forward with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering) without formal authority
