Requirements

• Maintain excellent Customer Relationships
• Manage Customers and ensure their experience with Commuty is the best it can be
• Reinforce customer support
• Propose product improvement to try to reduce the support needed for specific functionalities
• Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
• Notions of project management and/or Customer support are assets
