Location: Malta office + Hybrid set-up environment

Responsibilities:

• Trafficking all digital activity accurately and performing control checks to ensure all placements and creatives have been set up correctly

• Monitoring campaigns throughout the lifecycle, communicating with internal and external stakeholders on performance and delivery
• Driving the display team forward in an ever-changing digital landscape with regard to tracking and measurement solutions for our digital campaigns
• Optimising campaigns by analysing their performance and making suggestions on how to improve performance

• QA 3rd party tags

• Coordinating with our development team to aid in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues
• Coordinating with the Google support team for the adaptation of new features

• Reporting on performance
• Evaluating, testing and rollout of new technologies
• Training and educating your stakeholders to deliver assets and information in the desired format

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience using Google Campaign Manager or similar ad-serving and management technologies.
• Strong understanding of display marketing metrics
• Experience in using Google Analytics and understanding of attribution modelling
• Familiarity with common browser-based debugging tools
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners
• Knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript as pertains to ad serving and third-party ad tags
• Knowledge in pixel implementation and troubleshooting tracking problems
• Experience working with various ad networks and exchanges
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of Google Marketing Platform
