Workday Senior Project Associate (Continuous Value Services)

The Workday Senior Project Associate (Continuous Value Services) is a project manager who thrives on client, company, and team accomplishments. This person will manage a portfolio of small to medium post-production engagements, including project/staffing plans, issues log, etc. while driving client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrate competency in CynergyTM Implementation Methodology.
• Manage up to 30 small to medium Continuous Value Services post-production engagements.
• Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Project Associates working on Continuous Value Services engagements.
• Work with client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames.
• Ensure projects tasks are delivered within the budget outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and according to the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Present clients with change orders in the event Cognizant is being asked to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW or require additional budget.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and competing priorities across a variety of client with minimal direction.
• Supporting CVS Engagement Managers on larger projects as needed.
• Ensure and maintain client references through ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager
