Your team:
You will join a global System Integration team responsible for end-to-end Cognyte product integration across customer environments worldwide. The team ensures successful installation, testing, and troubleshooting of Cognyte solutions alongside commercial off-the-shelf hardware and software.
The position may require 0–20% travel and demands the ability to work independently at customer sites, collaborate with remote support teams, clearly communicate technical issues to customers, and demonstrate strong system-level technical expertise.
Your Role: As a Cognyter you will:
- Own end‑to‑end global integration and installation of Cognyte products at customer sites and labs
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple technologies
- Engage with customers effectively with a strong service mindset and clear verbal and written communication in English
- Take initiative as a self‑starter who can multitask, work independently, and deliver with responsibility
- Diagnose complex problems using strong analytical and cross‑system thinking
- Collaborate effectively with team members through strong interpersonal communication
- Present confidently to customers and create technical procedures, guides, and documentation while continuously self‑learning from manuals
- Perform well under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Requirements
Your skills: for that Mission you need to have:
- Engineering degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Diploma holder
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Support or Telecom within multi‑technology environments
- Experience working in a global organization with direct interaction with international customers
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows OS administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hands‑on experience with Bash/Shell and Python scripting
- Experience with DevOps and containerization tools such as OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Practical experience with VMware technologies including vCenter and vStorage
- Strong hardware expertise with Dell and HP servers, iLO/iDRAC, and RAID across all generations
- Good understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and common protocols (TCP/IP, VoIP, MPLS)
- Exposure to Big Data technologies, databases, storage systems, security concepts, and application load balancing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to support global operations across different time zones as required
