Right now, you can become part of our GIGA team and join us as a Teaching Methodology Expert with Spanish, supporting the development of our organization and our students.

🎯We’re looking for you if you:

• Have experience in developing didactic skills among instructors teaching children and teenagers,
• Are fluent inSpanish (min. C1) and English (min. B2),
  Have experience in creating courses or e-learning programs for kids and teens,
• Have worked as a methodology specialist, ideally in building educational programs or e-learning methodologies,
• Have teaching experience or a background in education/pedagogy,
• Are familiar with various teaching methodologies tailored to children and youth,
• Possess hands-on knowledge in teaching methodology, e-learning, and youth education.

🧩Bonus points for:

• Experience and knowledge in foreign language teaching methodologies,

• Interest in the EdTech industry and new technologies.

🎉Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Developing and evaluating the didactic skills of our programming trainers,

• Designing and improving innovative e-learning programs,

• Implementing effective teaching methodologies,

• Ensuring the quality of our lessons,

• Selecting tools, methods, and evaluation techniques to maximize the effectiveness and value of our courses—for both students and their parents,

• Collaborating with other departments to align educational methods with business needs and system capabilities,

• Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
